We are looking for regional sales representatives who can create an impact and solidify market identity for our brand.
The Independent Contractor/Sales Representative is responsible for leading all aspects of sales within a defined territory. Exclusive rights to represent RighIT Solutions within the territory will be granted.
A generous compensation plan will be offered that includes commission and bonus pay based on recorded sales within the territory.

- Southern California (Bay area)
- Florida (South)
- Arizona (Phoenix)
- Mid Atlantic (Maryland, .D.C., New Jersey)
- New England (Massachusetts/Connecticut)
- North Carolina
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
It is expected that the Representative will engage regularly and make every attempt to secure business with the customers.
Also, sales prospecting and lead generation, including (but not limited to):
- Conferences/Tradeshows within territory
- Lead generation/prospecting through networking and outbound sales techniques
- Service to existing accounts
- Following up with headquarter campaigns within territory
In addition, the Representative shall provide complete service to the Company’s customers within their exclusive territory. Such service shall consist of (but not limited to): responding diligently to customer requests for information, attending to customer needs and issues in a prompt fashion, and on-site visits if requested. Company will provide support and consultation as needed.
Participation in appropriate trade shows and conferences is expected. Representatives will be asked to display RighIT Solutions products & Services and catalogs according to guidelines and visuals provided by the Company. Key Competencies:
- Understands uniqueness of RighIT’s products & Services and understands company’s mission - able to converse with customers about our products & services.
- Has existing customer contacts in the territory desired
- Must be willing to travel throughout the territory using their personal vehicle.
- Prior field sales experience of relationship focused style.
- Able to achieve semi-annual and annual sales revenue goals.
- Has prior trade show experience. Skills / Requirements:
- Minimum of five years in a successful sales role with relationship-based sales strategy, preferably in the Information Technology Consulting industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and successfully execute multiple assignments simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-directed, motivated and takes initiative.
- Driven and goal oriented.
- Ability to solve problems and bring new ideas and relative industry news to the RighIT team.
- Willingness and ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Sharepoint
- Ability and willingness to travel.
